本节概述
本节主要讲解跳跃的运动规律,助跑的速度以及滞空时间决定了跳跃的距离。不同重量和体态的角色跳跃的感觉完全不同。
跳跃的动态分析
跳跃动作的基本规律是:由身体屈缩、蹬腿、腾空、着地、还原等几个动作姿势组合而成。
在跳跃过程中,运动轨迹呈弧形抛物线。
双脚跳跃
双脚跳跃过程中,双臂与双腿的动作基本保持一致。如图5.4.2所示

单脚跳跃
单脚跳跃,双腿与双脚交替前进,落地时身体压缩,然后伸展。如图5.4.3所示

跨越障碍物的跳跃
由于跨越障碍物后还要继续向前跑,所以人体重心运动始终保持向前的趋势。如图5.4.4所示

实例教程
跳跃动作我们以立定跳作为代表介绍。跳跃中的腾空时比较明显的部分,因此,这部分时间应该保留得相对长一点,如图5.4.5-a~i所示
